Asana
Breathing techniques, poses,
movements and meditation, known as yoga is an ancient form of exercise that
develops and improves physical, emotional and spiritual health. Think of the union occurring between the
mind, body and spirit or the practice of physical postures or poses, this is
yoga.
Yoga is really about creating balance in the body. Developing both strength and flexibility
through the performance of poses or postures and each having its own physical
benefits to your kidneys, intestines, nervous system and other pelvic
organs. Lung capacity is improved as
well as posture and will leave you feeling less fatigued.
When beginning yoga you should work with a certified
instructor and confer with your physician prior to beginning. Round out your workout with the proper yoga
gear, such as mats, blocks and fitness
attire.

Do you use fitness
apps? I do, only one. I do a set of sit-ups a few times a week from
a free app. Sit ups gradually increase
your endurance and cardiovascular health.
The strength built in your abdominal region will continue to grow as
your maintain a regiment that varies every few weeks. Include a formula that allows you to burn
more calories than you take in and you have the perfect formula to develop
great abs. Show off those great abs in some of the inspired fashions at wearitoutfitness.com. See ya there.

Impacting your ability to develop great abs
The amount of
calories you take in and the amount of calories you burn each day are equal in
impacting your ability to develop great abs. Determine the number of calories
you take in and the number of calories you burn with your level of activity you
are engaged in daily to determine your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Using the
following formulas can assist in measuring your BMR.
Women use the following
formula: Calories Burned = [(Age x 0.074) -- (Weight x 0.05741) + (Heart Rate x
0.4472) -- 20.4022] x Time / 4.184.
Men use the following formula: Calories Burned = [(Age x 0.2017) -- (Weight x 0.09036) + (Heart Rate x 0.6309) -- 55.0969] x Time / 4.184
