Fitness Tips 
 

·         Exercise keeps you sharp, boosts brainpower by increasing energy levels and serotonin in the brain which leads to mental clarity

·         Physical activity boosts neurotransmitters, called endorphins that are associated with pain and pleasure.  These endorphins can get you through a vigorous work out.

·         Fitness can build relationships.  Exercising with a partner can be more fun and makes it easier to reach fitness goals 

·         Exercise helps fight diseases:
Ø  Heart Disease
Ø  Cancer
Ø  Stroke
Ø  Diabetes
·         Fitness increases endurance, improved muscle tone, flexibility, balance and most of all helps maintain healthy weight for men and women
